How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange mobile service, communicate about your booking, keep appropriate business records and meet applicable UAE legal obligations.
Onsite Ads Integration
Onsite Ads Integration is a private internal advertising management tool developed for Onsite Mobile Car Care. It is used only by authorised company staff to analyse and manage the company’s own Google Ads campaigns. It is not available to the general public.
Google Ads API data
After authorisation by the Google Ads account owner, Onsite Ads Integration may access campaign performance, keywords, search terms, advertising costs, clicks, impressions, conversions, locations and budget information through the Google Ads API. The information is used to prepare internal reports, keyword recommendations and authorised campaign management actions.
Onsite Ads Integration does not access a Google Ads account without the account owner’s authorisation. Google Ads data is not sold and is not used for unrelated purposes. Access is limited to authorised Onsite Mobile Car Care staff and service providers needed to operate or secure the tool, or where disclosure is required by law.
Storage, retention and access control
Access credentials, tokens and advertising information are protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for advertising management, reporting, security and applicable legal obligations.
Authorisation and revocation
The Google Ads account owner controls authorisation and may revoke the tool’s Google Account access at any time through Google Account security settings. The account owner may also contact us to request that connected advertising access be removed.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses essential browser storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Optional analytics or advertising cookies must not run unless you accept them. You can clear your choice through your browser settings.
Sharing and retention
We share information only where needed to provide the requested service, operate the business safely, or comply with law. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to explain, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
